50 years Golden Jubilee Celebrations? Awesome is the thought with a feeling of surprise and excitement. One can only witness the event to share joy and happiness with childhood friends.
The welcome gate energized the excitement of the school 50 years Golden Jubilee celebrations. Every one who passed out from the school had lot of childhood memories with immense respect towards the teachers whose efforts helped them in making a wonderful career in their own niche. It is time to pay tribune to the teachers and meet friends, seniors and juniors after many many long years.
The school building entrance decorated with balloons had its smile on to see its students back home. Everyone who entered the school want to stand here and relish the moments of joy, relive the moments of rushing to school, hearing the morning school bell. Standing at the entrance recollecting memories, turning the time machine to some years back brought common thoughts in all minds, SCHOOL TIME has the joy immeasurable with any of the accomplishments in life. The iconic pleasantness is unique to school days. Is it something lost and found... every one pondered for a second..
Looking at the flag hoisting, brings back the glimpses of innocent friends around, singing the National anthem. Memories of the Sports day are so colorful still so live in the mind, practicing each event, which left memories of real enjoyment keeping the whole day busy. Physical education was given high priority, the teachers were extraordinary to design, plan, teach and present their ideas.
Earning livelihood has definitely scattered the whole lot of the school pass outs across the globe. It is dramatic that scattered friends reunite. Technology had played a greater role in tying friendship flowers together to make a beautiful garland of unity. Google groups and Facebook had made it possible in reaching out everyone however far they were.
Now its the turn of Whatsapp. As the date for the 50 year Golden Jubilee Celebrations was fixed, Whatsapp messages flooded every day with updates of preparations and activities. The messages put a red-carpet every day to welcome each one to attend the 50 year Golden Jubilee Celebrations. The immense efforts of the organizers had made it all possible. Every one is thankful to the people behind the screens who worked for months in planning, interacting with teachers, coordinating and collating friends. As the day approached, enthusiasm and excitement was at high end with messages to inquire about the requirements to attend the reunion. Finally the big day arrived, where 30+ batches from the school are supposed to meet.
The School made its first batch in 1969, and has moulded 20,000 students as pass outs till 2002. It is sad that the amazing school spread out in 20 acres with three spacious buildings has stopped its activities after 2002. But for the 50 years Golden Jubilee Celebrations the school premises surprised everyone, dressed up with a new glow. The settings looked like a mother's happiness every where who waited long to see her children back home.
The school stage was all set to entertain and make the time more enjoyable. It was so touching to listen to Y.Padmavathi madam's message though she could not make it to the event. She has lovely words to share to her dear students. Dances, songs and many programs which kept the students tied to their places, not even a minute which was dull. All credit to the organizers who planned a beautiful day for the re-union.
A big thank you for a wonderful day which refreshed the minds with childhood memories and friends.
Long live the organizers...
